ELYTRAMC STORE – TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any product from the ElytraMC Store, you agree to all terms listed below. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

ElytraMC is a Minecraft multiplayer server. All store purchases are made to support the server. All items, ranks, coins, and perks are virtual digital goods and have no real-world value. ElytraMC is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must have permission from a parent or guardian if required by your local laws. You are responsible for ensuring purchases comply with your local regulations.

3. PAYMENTS & PURCHASES

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices may change at any time without notice. Purchases are applied to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. ElytraMC is not responsible for purchases made with an incorrect username.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases, incorrect usernames, server resets, wipes, updates, rule violations, punishments, bans, or dissatisfaction with perks or gameplay.

5. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback, payment dispute, or forced refund will result in a permanent ban of the Minecraft account, a permanent IP ban from ElytraMC, and a blacklist from all ElytraMC services. All purchased items, ranks, and perks will be immediately revoked. Chargebacks are considered store abuse and are not appealable.

6. DELIVERY OF ITEMS

Items are usually delivered automatically or shortly after purchase. Delays may occur due to server downtime or technical issues. If delivery fails, contact support with valid proof of purchase. ElytraMC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect usernames.

7. RANKS, COINS & PERKS

All ranks, coins, and perks are server-specific. ElytraMC reserves the right to modify, rebalance, or remove perks at any time without refunds. Ranks do not provide immunity from server rules or punishments.

8. SERVER RULES & PUNISHMENTS

All players must follow ElytraMC rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans. Store purchases do not protect players from punishment. Banned players are not eligible for refunds.

9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for your Minecraft account. ElytraMC is not responsible for losses caused by account sharing, hacking, or compromised accounts. Lost items will not be restored.

10. ABUSE & EXPLOITS

Exploiting bugs, duplicating items, or abusing store perks is prohibited. Such actions may result in item removal, rank removal, or permanent bans without refunds.

11. DATA & PRIVACY

Only necessary information such as usernames and transaction IDs is stored. Payment details are handled by third-party payment processors only.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

ElytraMC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store means you accept the updated terms.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase on the ElytraMC Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
